We prepare and ship all juices on the same day your order is placed, Monday through Friday. Each order is sent via 2-day express shipping in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging designed to preserve freshness and ensure your juices arrive perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy.

Our cold-pressed process keeps each juice fresh and full of nutrients for up to 3 months from the creation date when refrigerated. Please store your juices in the fridge as soon as you receive them, and once opened, enjoy within 3 daysfor optimal taste and quality.

Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, all juice sales are final, with very limited exceptions. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled due to transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. In such cases, we may offer a refund or replacement.

For reasons of food safety, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed bottles.
